ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. The crew Technician’s primary responsibility is to clean all items and applicable assigned area carefully, promptly and efficiently.
2. Represent our company so that the ServiceMaster Fire and Water Restoration’s image is enhanced in the eyes of all customers all the time.
3. Demonstrates to all customers, fellow employees and others a sincere concern and interest in each customer and the services provided to each customer. We are expected to maintain a positive attitude while resolving production, mechanical, and scheduling difficulties which may be encountered from time to time.
4. Ensure that all equipment, supplies, vehicles and products entrusted to his/her care are carefully handled and maintained, and that any equipment malfunction is reported promptly to the Production Manager.
5. To contribute to the improvement of ServiceMaster Fire and Water Restoration in areas related to production, sales and supervision.
6. To develop and maintain skills and quality of production and to attend training sessions as required.
7. To report any customer problems or damage to the customer’s property the same day in which it occurred, to the Production Manager.
Crew Technician has performed satisfactory when:
1. On time for work and meetings. Reports to work at 8:00 am, check his or her equipment and jobs to make sure we have everything for that day’s work. 2. Crew has left the office by 8:15 am; or earlier , to arrive at the job site as specified time (first job 8:45 – 9:00) 3. Valid driver’s license at all times, and a clean driving record for those who are approved by ServiceMaster Fire and Water Restoration to drive company vehicles. 4. Production Manager is informed the night before and /or no later than 7:00 am the next morning on any day he/she is unable to work. 5. ServiceMaster Fire and Water Restoration uniform is worn as standard of dress. Properly cleaned uniforms, good hygiene, clean hair and no alcohol on breath. 6. There is no loud boisterous talk on the job, and absolutely no vulgar language used. 7. There is not to be any personal cell phones used at a customer’s house. Personal cell phones are to be used before and after the work day and on breaks and lunches. 8. There is never a job or a customer dissatisfied due to attitude of the crew. 9. Crew member is responsible for the general maintenance of vehicle, their portion of the warehouse, and equipment. Crew reports to the Production Manager within the same day of any damage or mechanical problems. 10. We will help to train the new technician according to ServiceMaster Fire and Water Restoration standards. 11. We will participate in the promotion of our company at all times. 12. We will attend all training workshops held by ServiceMaster Fire and Water Restoration. 13. We will report any problems related to the day’s work.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Employee may be required to regularly work for long periods while standing and is required to lift at least 40 lbs
